Cancellation Policy
**A Non refundable deposit is due to secure all appointments. This deposit will go towards your specified service. The non refundable deposit may NOT be otherwise transferred to another client or refundable due to rescheduling. Once booked for a specific service you may NOT exchange the service for a new service unless authorized by your esthetician/artist. In this case you will forfeit your original deposit and be required to pay a 30% fee. Then you are able to reschedule and secure an appointment with a new non refundable deposit. By paying this deposit you are agreeing to these terms.
